Rafael Kato

Rafael Kato has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Rafael is currently working as a Software Engineer at Fireflies.ai since December 2021. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Pluto TV from July 2021 to December 2021. At Pluto TV, they also held the position of Lead Software Engineer from February 2017 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for programming best practices and maintaining a quality development environment using technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, PHP, nginx, Redis, ElasticSearch, and RabbitMQ.

Rafael's earlier experiences include working as a Developer at Minha Vida from February 2013 to January 2015. Rafael was responsible for programming best practices and ensuring a quality development environment using ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server 2008, Ajax, and IIS 7/7. Before that, they worked at Naked Brasil as a Developer from March 2012 to January 2013, where they ensured the technical quality of deliveries, implemented applications architecture and programming best practices, and developed systems and websites using VB.NET, C#.NET, and Arduino.

Additionally, Rafael worked as a Web Developer at PLAYER from November 2010 to March 2012, where they ensured the technical quality of deliveries, implemented applications architecture and programming best practices using VB.NET and C#.NET. Rafael also worked as a Web Developer at Conexão Web from February 2010 to September 2010, where they developed systems and websites using VB.NET, C#, HTML5, CSS3, Photoshop, and Fireworks.
