Sarah Moravick

Sarah Moravick is currently the Vice President of Clinical Services & Operations at Firefly Health. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Organizational Planning & Improvement at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from October 2010 to August 2021. In this role, Sarah was responsible for ensuring that BIDMC had efficient and effective operations in place to support the goals, priorities and mission of the organization. Sarah also oversaw the Improvement and Innovation and Advanced Analytics teams.

Before their time at BIDMC, Sarah worked as a Consultant / Project Manager for Ambulatory Consulting Services at Massachusetts General Hospital from February 2009 to October 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Analyst for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from April 2008 to February 2009. Before their career in healthcare, Sarah was a Solutions Manager at Collegiate Press from May 2006 to August 2007.

Sarah Moravick's educational career began at Biddeford High School. Sarah then went on to study marketing communications at Emerson College, where they earned their BS. After college, Sarah attended Simmons College - Simmons School of Management to earn their MBA. Finally, they completed a program on design thinking and personal leadership at Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education.

Sarah Moravick reports to Andy Ellner, Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Officer. Sarah Moravick works with and Nisha Basu - Medical Director.
