David Pelissier has over 10 years of experience in customer service and IT roles. From 2019 to present, they have served as Senior Customer Success Manager (UK State) at Firefly Learning, where they assist the Head of Customer Success with commercial planning, reporting and forecasting, oversees and improves day to day CSM processes, funnels client insights to the Product Team, builds engagement with clients, identifies and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders, develops an understanding of each client's needs, helps them achieve success through the product, and seeks opportunities to grow the lifetime value of each client.
