Simon Norwood

Simon Norwood has held various roles in the software development and technical support field. Simon started their career as an Apprentice Client Support Coordinator at Firefly Learning in May 2016 and later became a full-time Client Support Coordinator in March 2017. In May 2019, Simon progressed to the role of Senior Technical Application Support. Simon transitioned to being a Junior Software Developer in May 2020 and was recently promoted to the position of Mid-Level .NET Developer in November 2022, where they currently work. Prior to joining Firefly Learning, Simon served as an Apprentice Mobile Applications Developer at GE Healthcare from July 2015 to May 2016.

Simon Norwood completed their education at Uxbridge College from 2010 to 2012, where they received an Extended National Diploma in Computer Software and Media Applications. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+, in March 2017.
