Emma Pegues, LMSW, serves as the Strategic Customer Success Manager at FireHydrant, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Emma held the position of Principal Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Tealium, where effectiveness in customer experience and collaboration across multiple departments led to the successful management of a $7M+ ARR portfolio. Emma's roles at Bevy include Senior Enterprise Account Manager and Manager of Customer Success, focusing on customer onboarding and retention with a $2M ARR portfolio. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Lucid, LLC and Ochsner Health System, where Emma directed client success initiatives and managed digital medicine projects, respectively. Prior to that, Emma served as the Program Director at Rebuilding Hope In New Orleans, leading volunteer programs in support of at-risk communities. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology and a Master of Social Work with a focus on Clinical Adolescent Counseling and Disaster Mental Health, both from Tulane University.
