Adam Schneider

Adam Schneider has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Adam started their career at The University of Akron, where they provided customer service and troubleshooting for AV equipment. Adam then worked as a Solution Developer at Vizion Solutions, developing business intelligence reporting solutions and custom applications. Later, at HKM Direct Market Communications, they independently managed the SDLC for web and database applications. Adam also worked as a Consultant at Pacer Global Logistics, where they designed and implemented an enterprise-level quoting application and developed a BI suite.

Adam's most recent experience includes working at the Cleveland Cavaliers, where they held various roles. Adam started as an Application Developer, building and managing an enterprise AWS data lake house and helping with an Azure AD migration. Adam then served as the Director of Development and Data Integration, where they managed a small team and built a real-time reporting suite. In their most recent role as the Senior Director Data Operations, Adam managed a data operations team and maintained all organizational and fan data.

Prior to joining the Cleveland Cavaliers, Adam worked as a Business Intelligence professional at Firelands Scientific, and they are currently working as the Senior Director of Development Operations at the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Adam Schneider obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from The University of Akron, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Adam also holds additional certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Business Intelligence Developer 2008 and the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: SQL Server 2008, Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance.
