Nandika Pradeep

Nandika Pradeep currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Human Capital at Fireside Ventures, focusing on building organizational strategies and supporting portfolio founders. Previously, Nandika held various senior roles at InMobi over nearly a decade, including Vice President of Growth, where efforts were centered on unlocking long-term growth, and Vice President of Strategy and Operations, which involved translating strategy into execution and driving organizational transformation. Nandika also contributed significantly to the Global HR Center of Excellence and developed Total Rewards offerings, enhancing employer branding. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at AON Hewitt, delivering organizational solutions to diverse industries. Nandika holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
