Joni Heimerl-Boutross

Joni Heimerl-Boutross is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in the fragrance and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Global Sales Director at Firmenich, Inc. since February 2000, Joni oversees over $100 million USD in fragrance sales to key global clients. Previously, as Marketing Director at Firmenich, Joni led a marketing team focused on developing brand-targeted fragrance growth strategies. Prior experience includes an 11-year tenure at Colgate Palmolive as Marketing Manager, during which Joni managed brand initiatives in South Africa, Poland, the USA, and global marketing, successfully launching and managing several well-known brands. Joni holds an MBA with a focus on Brand Strategy from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, complemented by minors in Accounting and Asian Studies.
