Lana Glazman

Lana Glazman serves as the Vice President of Marketing Sciences at Firmenich since December 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Vice President of Global Marketing Innovation at Aptar and Vice President of Corporate Marketing at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. From July 2000 to August 2011, Lana was the Director of Global Sensory/Consumer Insights at IFF, where a focus on strategy and innovation led to enhanced consumer insights and increased sales. Additionally, Lana held the position of CMI Director at Givaudan from 1997 to 2000, overseeing marketing strategy and consumer research. Lana's educational background includes an Executive Education in Marketing from The Wharton School and an MBA in Marketing from NYU, complemented by a BA in Political Science and Economics from New York University.
