Kristen Malecki

Kristen Malecki is a seasoned professional in product support and client services, currently serving as Manager of Product Support for EMEA at Firmex since November 2016, having previously held roles such as Team Lead, Client Services in both EMEA and globally, along with positions as Sr. Client Services Consultant and Onboarding Specialist, and Client Services Consultant. Prior experience includes Customer Care Advisor at OVO Energy, Teacher at Shanghai High School International Division, ESL Teacher at Shanghai Pacican Academy, and Research Assistant at the University of Guelph. Kristen holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science in Ecology and Economics from the University of Guelph, as well as an Advanced International TESOL Certificate from Global TESOL College.
