Benjamin Reidell

Benjamin Reidell has extensive experience in solutions delivery and implementation, currently serving as Senior Director of Solutions Delivery & Deployment at First Advantage since March 2011, where Benjamin has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Implementations and Customer Success Director. Prior to First Advantage, Benjamin worked at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from April 2006 to March 2011 in various capacities, including Branch Manager and Field Service Manager. Benjamin began a career in the field with an internship in the MS Criminal Justice Program at Northeastern University in 2005 and has also held a position as Crew Chief at Gentle Giant Moving Co. from 2002 to 2005. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Criminal and Juvenile Justice Studies from Ithaca College.
