Heather Horn

Heather Horn has extensive experience in product leadership within the drug testing and wellness sectors. Currently serving as VP Product Drug and Wellness at First Advantage since December 2024, Heather previously held the position of VP Product Fulfillment D&HS at Sterling from August 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, Heather was the VP of Drug Testing, Occupational Healthcare and Wellness Program at Employment Background Investigations, Inc. from October 2020 to August 2022. Additionally, Heather contributed significantly at Applicant Insight, serving as Executive Vice President and Vice President from April 2003 to October 2020. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Tulsa, completed in 1994.
