Jason Athaide

Jason Athaide currently serves as Associate Vice President of Global Candidate Care at First Advantage since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Associate Vice President of International Client and Candidate Care at Sterling from November 2016 to November 2024, and previously served as Customer Service Manager. Jason's career in customer service began at FIS, where Jason worked from December 2000 to November 2016, ultimately becoming Manager of Customer Services with a focus on Digital Customer Service. Jason earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai between 2000 and 2005.
