Jeana Mitchell

Jeana Mitchell is an experienced billing professional with a strong background in finance and account management. Currently serving as Billing Manager at First Advantage since May 2019, Jeana has also held the position of Senior Billing Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Billing Analyst at DS Services from February 2016 to May 2019, and as Apple iTunes Account & Billing Manager at Concentrix from August 2013 to February 2016. Jeana is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Georgia Gwinnett College, expected to graduate in December 2025.
