Leonard Eyster is a seasoned leader in customer care and operations management, currently serving as Director of Customer Care at First Advantage since February 2022, where key achievements include significant service level improvements and the creation of a career progression framework for agents. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Wayfair, where productivity and employee morale were notably enhanced, and at ZF Group, where Eyster managed cross-functional teams and drove substantial operational improvements. Eyster began a military career in the US Army, rising to the rank of Captain in the Quartermaster Corps, demonstrating strong logistics and leadership capabilities. Eyster holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
