Vishal Rane

Vishal Rane is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at First Advantage since November 2024. Previously, Vishal held the position of Associate Vice President Engineering at Sterling from January 2019 to December 2024 and also served as Senior Manager Engineering during that time. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Mauj Mobile, where Vishal delivered projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies and worked on the scalability of OLAP on AWS RedShift, as well as Team Leader at Trellian, responsible for the setup and maintenance of a domain auction management website. Vishal also served as Project Manager at Image Online Pvt. Ltd., coordinating with clients from the USA, UK, and Netherlands. Vishal holds an MBA in IT & Systems from ICFAI University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
