Wiktoria Poloczek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and client management within the screening and background verification industry. Currently serving as Vice President for Strategic Clients at First Advantage since December 2011, Wiktoria has progressed through leadership roles including Senior Director and Operations Director for the EMEA region, focusing on service delivery and team management across the UK and India. Prior to First Advantage, Wiktoria held various roles at Kroll from July 2004 to November 2011, including Operations Manager and Account Director, where responsibilities included managing operations for pre-employment screening solutions, fostering customer relations, and driving service excellence.
