Jamaica Delmer

Jamaica Delmer, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations, strategic projects, project management, process improvement, and real estate. Jamaica began their career at Re/Max/Teamwork Mortgage, where they worked in real estate and mortgage lending from 2005 to 2008. Jamaica then joined P5 Marketing RDCWest Inc as a Project and Client Engagement Manager from 2007 to 2009. Jamaica's expertise in operations management and asset management led their to JPMorgan Chase, where they served as an Operations Manager for Mortgage Insurance Claims from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, they also excelled as an REO Asset Manager, demonstrating strong managerial and troubleshooting skills. Jamaica then joined CoreLogic as a Vendor Panel Manager from 2012 to 2014, overseeing various aspects of national field service vendor management and compliance. Jamaica further honed their project management and process optimization skills at MorganFranklin Consulting as a Senior Manager focused on Fannie Mae GSE Mortgage Banking and Servicing Process Improvement from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Jamaica holds a leadership position at First American Title, starting as the VP of Operations and Strategic Projects in 2015 and then progressing to their current role as the SVP of Operations and Strategic Projects since March 2023.

Jamaica Delmer earned a Master of Business Administration degree with an Honor Society 4.0 GPA from Texas Woman's University from 2010 to 2012. They also obtained a Leadership Certificate from Harvard Extension School in 2020. Prior to that, Jamaica completed a Business Management Degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1998 to 2000. Their education also includes some time spent at The University of Dallas in 1996 and 1997.
