Emma Aku Obiri

Emma Aku Obiri has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Emma Aku began their professional career in 2014 as a News Reporter intern at Metropolitan Television (Metro TV) Ghana. In 2015, they had an internship at the Institute of Public Relations - Ghana, where they were responsible for creating a database of members and handling communication with members and potential members.

Emma Aku then joined First Atlantic Bank Ghana in 2016 as a National Service person, and later held the position of Virtual Channels Manager from February 2018 to May 2020. In this role, they managed virtual channels and played a key role in the bank's card business.

Overall, Emma Aku Obiri has gained valuable experience in the banking sector, particularly in virtual channels management, and has also developed skills in media reporting and communication through their internships.

Emma Aku Obiri started their education by obtaining a WASSCE certificate in general arts from Holy Trinity Cathedral Senior High School from 2007 to 2011. Afterwards, in 2012 to 2016, they attended the Ghana Institute of Journalism for an unspecified degree and field of study. In 2015, they obtained a certificate in Film and Television from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, Emma pursued a Master of Arts degree in Development Communication at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
