Scott Kaisand

Scott Kaisand has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Scott started their career in 2000 at U.S. Bank, where they served as a Vice President for five years. In 2005, they joined State Savings Bank as a Vice President and Branch Manager for two years. Scott then joined First Citizens National Bank in 2007 as a Vice President, where they worked for four years. In 2011, they moved to First Bank Iowa, where they held the position of Vice President for a decade.

Scott Kaisand pursued their higher education starting from 1989 to 1992, attending the University of Northern Iowa. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Scott continued their academic journey at Iowa State University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Their field of study at Iowa State University was Agricultural Business and Management.
