Monica Anderson

Monica Anderson, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in the field of internal and operational audits in the banking industry. Monica started their career at Charter Federal Savings Bank as an Internal Auditor in 1993, where they conducted reviews of organizational functions and assisted in external audits and federal examinations. Monica then joined Highlands Union Bank in 1997 as a Senior Internal Auditor, where they planned and directed operational and financial audits and presented findings to the Audit Committee. In 2006, Monica joined First Bank and Trust as the VP - Internal Auditor, responsible for organizing and managing operational audits and evaluating internal controls. Monica later transitioned to the role of VP Human Resources, where their responsibilities are not specified.

Monica Anderson, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992.
