Joel then went on to pursue an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, completing it from 1999 to 2002. Later, from 2012 to 2016, Joel obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Divinity/Ministry from Concordia Theological Seminary.
