Tony Gross has extensive experience in the banking industry, specifically in mortgage lending. Tony has held various leadership roles throughout their career starting from 1990, where they worked at Mercantile Bank as a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending & Loan Operations. Tony managed a team of 24 individuals and was responsible for originating, processing, and closing mortgage loan products. Tony then moved to Bank of Springfield in 2014, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Here, they originated, processed, and closed various mortgage loan products while also developing a realtor call program and a community marketing initiative. In 2016, they joined Peoples Prosperity Bank as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending before transitioning to their current role as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at First Bankers Trust Company, NA in 2018.
