Lenia Queen

Lenia Queen, NCC, LCPC, LPC, CCTP, currently serves as the Ministry Groups Coordinator and Discipleship Coordinator at First Baptist Church of Glenarden, where responsibilities include sharing Biblical principles and overseeing the Unashamed Youth Ministry. Additionally, Lenia is the Founder and Lead Clinician at Sister2Sister Therapy and holds the position of Vice President at New Mindz Ministries, which offers a range of services including mentoring and training. Past experience includes roles as a Therapist at Building Beyond Therapy LLC and as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Capital Blue Cross. Lenia holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and various degrees and certifications in Bible studies, human resource management, and professional HR management.
