Arslan Vlahovljak

Arslan Vlahovljak is an experienced customer service professional, currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at First Beat Media Inc. since January 2014, where responsibilities include supervising a team, improving efficiency through automation, and enhancing customer satisfaction through detailed reporting and training.
