Colleen Whaley

Colleen Whaley is an experienced operational risk and compliance professional with a career spanning over three decades in the banking industry. Currently serving as an Operational Risk Manager at First Business Bank since September 2022, Colleen collaborates with IT and business managers to manage the Business Continuity Plan and coordinates audits to ensure compliance recommendations are implemented. Previously, Colleen held the position of Vice President Compliance at Settlers Bank, where responsibilities included BSA, AML, and OFAC monitoring, conducting internal compliance audits, and managing relationships with regulatory agencies. Experience also includes roles as Deposit Compliance Officer/BSA Officer and AVP Operations at Park Bank, AVP Retail Operations at State Bank of Cross Plains, and AVP Personal Banking at M&I Bank. Colleen's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and certifications from the ABA National Compliance School and ICBA.
