Lynn Ann Arians

Lynn Ann Arians, CCGP, ACC, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretary at First Business Bank, overseeing the efficiency and integrity of the corporate governance framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements since March 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Board Governance Analyst at CUNA Mutual Group, where Lynn supported corporate governance frameworks and liaised with the Board of Directors, and as a Branch Manager at Park Bank-Madison, managing client relationships and staff. Lynn has also held positions in economic support, research coordination, and management of various organizations, contributing to extensive expertise in governance, administrative support, and business development. Lynn holds a Certified Professional Coach designation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has degrees from Edgewood College and Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.
