Ryan Lambert

Ryan Lambert, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan has served as the Vice President of Strategy and Data at FCT, where they focused on setting, syncing, and communicating strategy across the company. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Product Development, Innovation, and Data, and Head of Emerging Business at FCT, where they were responsible for creating diversified revenue streams through product development and innovation. Ryan also worked as the Director of Corporate Development at FCT, specializing in financial and strategic analysis. Additionally, they have experience as a Product Manager and M&A Analyst at FCT, where they identified investment opportunities and spearheaded due diligence efforts. Ryan has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Waterloo, teaching a course on the Impact of Technology on Business. Ryan has served as an Advisor at Holt Accelerator and as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at McMaster Investment Club. Furthermore, Ryan co-managed a management consulting firm, Focus Business Consulting, where they specialized in market analysis, marketing strategy, and business planning. Ryan also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University and as an Internal Auditor at Ontario Power Generation. Earlier in their career, Ryan worked as a Marketing Associate at Paramount Pictures Canada, where they led promotional campaigns and supervised a team of marketing representatives.

Ryan Lambert, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University, specializing in Finance and Strategic Business Valuation, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their MBA, they earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University between 2004 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Lambert has achieved additional certifications including the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2011 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2021.
