Andy has witnessed a wealth of different capital market cycles and transformations during his career.

While at L.F. Rothschild they became the leading underwriter of technology companies in the United States. At Rothschild, Andy helped mentor a number of well-recognized analysts in a variety of industry coverages.

As Director of Global Securities & the Economic Research Division at Merrill Lynch, Andy grew that business to 26 countries worldwide with a staff of 1400. Andy was the longest serving senior executive in a global management role.
