Portia West

Portia West has over a decade of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Loan Administrator at First Capital Bank since June 2011. Previously, Portia West held the position of Commercial Loan Manager at Virginia Business Bank from November 2005 to June 2011. Portia West obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a focus on Journalism from Virginia State University, where studies took place from 1977 to 1981.
