Hillary Kubvoruno

Hillary was appointed as Head of Risk with effect from January 2021. He has a wealth of experience and expertise gained over 14 years anchored on core fields of banking with a strong emphasis on strategy formulation, business planning, analytics, risk management, performance management as well as providing technical support to the executive leadership. Prior to his appointment, Hillary was the Group Treasury Risk and Capital Management Manager. Hillary joined the Bank in 2007 under Graduate Training Programme and served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director until his appointment to the FMBCapital Group. Hillary holds a degree in Business Studies and Computing Sciences from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the National University of Science and Technology.
