Bev Stovell

Bev Stovell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at First Central since November 2021, Bev has previously held significant positions such as HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. A break from employment occurred from February to November 2021 while pursuing a sabbatical, during which an interest in senior HR roles was maintained. Prior to First Central, Bev led human resources at Canada Life UK and Retirement Advantage, focusing on the development and implementation of HR strategies to align with business objectives. Additional experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Elekta, Head of Organizational Development at General Dynamics UK Ltd, and as a Senior HR Officer at Sightsavers. Bev Stovell holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Greenwich.
