Jo Mcgowan

Jo McGowan FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at First Central since August 2008, where previous roles included HR Director, Head of HR, and HR Services Manager. Prior to joining First Central, Jo worked as an HR Adviser at Hastings Direct from September 2005 to August 2008. Jo holds a degree in Business Management (2:1) from the University of Southampton, completed between 2002 and 2005, and furthered education at BPP from 2006 to 2009.
