Michael Andrews

Michael Andrews is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as IT Service Operations Manager at First Central since May 2021, Michael has previously held various key positions at Capita from August 1997 to June 2021, including IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Manager, and Team Leader for the Infrastructure, Desktop & Server Team. In these roles, Michael successfully led a team specializing in support for desktop, server, and DBA functions, as well as spearheading major infrastructure implementation projects. Michael's foundational education was completed at Bishop Challoner from 1990 to 1997.
