David Mower

David Mower currently serves as the Insurance Services Manager at First Choice Home Health & Hospice, a position held since June 2001, where responsibilities include researching, negotiating, and maintaining provider contracts with health insurance companies while training staff on claims processes. Previously, David worked as the Branch Operations Manager, overseeing the establishment of a new office in Salt Lake County and supervising staff. Prior experience includes working as an Education Specialist for the Utah State Office of Education from 1990 to 2001, contributing to the implementation of the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act and authoring a Transition Handbook. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University and is pursuing a Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician at the University of Utah, alongside a certification as a Certified Emergency Response Team member.
