Brian Lynch

Brian Lynch currently serves as Senior Counsel at First Citizens Bank, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Capital One from November 2009 to September 2022, where Brian held positions including Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and Director, Assistant General Counsel. Brian began their legal career at Cullen and Dykman LLP, working as an Attorney from May 2002 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School, a study abroad program at the University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Scranton.
