John Garrison

John Garrison, MBA, is an experienced information security and quality assurance professional with a strong background in the banking and retail sectors. Currently serving as Information Security Manager at First Citizens Bank since August 2017, John has previously held roles as Senior Information Security Analyst and Senior Business Systems Analyst in QA, leading efforts in requirements analysis and adherence to quality standards. At Lowe's Companies, Inc., John functioned as a QA Engineer, where responsibilities included test plan creation, QA process documentation, and collaborative testing for the Lowes For Pros project. Earlier experience includes a QA Analyst role in the E-Commerce Team at Harris Teeter, leading the Fresh Foods Ordering project, and supervisory roles in grocery management at Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods. John holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Fayetteville State University.
