Dave Richards

Dave Richards is the SVP, Central Market Executive at First Citizens Community Bank. Dave was previously with Nittany Financial Corp and Nittany Bank from October 1997 to February 2006, where they were the Co-Founder and President/CEO. Dave successfully grew the company to #1 market share in the State College, PA before selling it in 2006 to National Penn Bank.

Dave Richards has a BS in Finance from Susquehanna University and a degree from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
