Jeffrey Rae

Jeffrey Rae is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in business development and commercial lending. Currently serving as Vice President and Business Development Officer at First Citizens Community Bank since August 2016, Jeffrey has previously held positions as Vice President and Commercial Lender, as well as Assistant Vice President and Loan Review Officer at Ephrata National Bank from August 2008 to August 2016. Prior to that, Jeffrey worked as Loan Review Manager at Fulton Financial Corporation from May 2000 to August 2008 and as Loan Review Officer at F&M Trust Co. from 1996 to May 2000. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from West Virginia University, earned from 1985 to 1989.
