Chris Vanole

Chris Vanole, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and real estate, currently serving as an Independent Real Estate Professional at Vanole Real Estate Group w/ First Class Real Estate since September 2006. Responsibilities include listing, selling, and marketing single-family, multi-residential, and commercial properties, as well as managing short sale negotiations, escrow transactions, and market analysis. Previously, Chris held various financial leadership roles at Universal Music Group from 1998 to 2006, including Vice President of Finance, Controller, and Director of Joint Venture Reporting, overseeing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and compliance. Chris also worked at the Motion Picture Association of America and Warner Music Group, focusing on budgeting, audit compliance, and financial statement preparation. Chris began a career in accounting with experience at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, MBS Accountancy Corp., and Ernst & Young, culminating with a B.S. in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
