Lucinda Elms is currently working as the Senior Vice President-Loan Documentation Manager at First Community Bank since February 2010. Prior to that, Lucinda worked as a Loan Assistant at Liberty Bank of Arkansas from January 2005 to February 2010. Before their banking career, Lucinda was the Agency Manager at Four Seasons Travel from January 1991 to January 2005. Lucinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lyon College, earned between 1984 and 1988.
