Rachel Buckenham

Rachel Buckenham is an experienced professional currently serving as the Deputy Company Secretary and Head of Contracts at First Community Health and Care since November 2013. In this role, Rachel leads commissioning, procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract management. Prior to this position, Rachel worked at East Sussex County Council from June 2006 to July 2013 as a Change Manager, where project management involved consolidating resources functions and establishing the Business Services Department, and as a Procurement Manager. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from the University of Warwick, along with various qualifications from CIPD, CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and the Chartered Management Institute.
