Leon Singletary

Leon Singletary, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and accomplished work history in the field of human resources. Leon started their career as a Human Resources Associate at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1982, where they worked until 1984. From there, they joined Bristol Myers Squibb as a Director of Human Resources and held that role for 16 years, until 2000. Following their time at Bristol Myers Squibb, Leon joined BTG International as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2000 to 2003. Leon then moved on to Day & Zimmermann, where they served as the Vice President of Strategic Compensation & Benefits for one year. Leon's next position was at Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, where they took on the role of President from July 2009 to June 2010. Finally, they founded First Contact HR in 2004 and currently serves as the President and CEO.
