Christian Hay

Christian brings over 15 years of leadership and operations management experience to FCS. As Vice President of Operations, Christian is responsible for general oversight and scaling of operations while also taking a lead role in organizational alignment and strategic planning.

Christian received his BA in Psychology from California State University – Chico and a Master's in Executive Management from California State University – Sacramento.
