Alexandre Moura Bandeira is an experienced professional in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Scrum Master at First Decision for the Ministério da Gestão e Inovação em Serviços Públicos since August 2023. Alexandre has previously held significant roles, including Head de Agilidade at SouJunior and Scrum Master at redspark, where responsibilities included mentoring and managing projects for renowned clients. As the founder and project manager at Rete Consultoria, Alexandre successfully oversaw numerous large-scale projects.
