Tom Clayton

Tom Clayton has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tom started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at J&C Associates Ltd in 2015 and worked there until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in connecting IT professionals with clients. In 2020, they joined ConSol Partners as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they continued to provide recruitment services. In 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gentrack Ltd (Global) before joining First Derivative as a Talent Acquisition Lead for Technology Services. First Derivative is a managed services and consulting business that specializes in Capital Market consultancy. Tom's work experience demonstrates their passion for people, data, and technology, and their ability to navigate the evolving digital landscape in the financial services sector.

Tom Clayton attended Sir John Lawes School from 2004 to 2011. Tom then went on to study at the University of Lincoln from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and Politics.
