Vats Vanamamalai has extensive experience in product strategy and management, specializing in AI/ML, Industrial IoT, and edge computing. Vats served as the VP of Products & Strategy at KX and FD Technologies, focusing on AI and ML. Prior to that, they worked at Solace as the Global Principal Strategy and Solutions, leading data-driven edge strategy and delivering real-time event-driven architectures in various industries. Vats also held positions at Prepay Nation, where they were the Head of Marketing for GTM partnerships in Industrial IoT, and at Indyz Inc as the Co-Founder and Product Head, overseeing mobile financial and IoT services. Vats began their career at Neustar, Inc as the Sr. Director of New Product Innovation & Marketing and later as the Director of Alliance & Marketing, where they developed solution pipelines and delivered services to global telecom companies. Before that, Vats worked at Telcordia Technologies as a Product Director, focusing on data warehouses, portability gateways, and clearinghouses.

Vats Vanamamalai has a diverse education history. Vats holds a Master's in Technology Management with a minor in Business Policy, Operations Management, and Finance from The Wharton School. Vats also has a Master of Science in Engineering from Penn Engineering.

Prior to their master's degrees, Vats obtained a Bachelor's in Technology in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology.
