Erica Baumbach, CAMS, CRCM, currently serves as the VP BSA, CRA and Compliance Officer at First Electronic Bank since July 2021, having previously held the position of AVP BSA, CRA, and Compliance Officer. Prior to this role, Erica worked at OakStar Bank as an AVP Compliance Specialist from May 2018 to July 2021 and at First National Bank from June 2010 to May 2018 in various compliance-related positions, including Compliance Officer and BSA Officer. During this time, Erica developed a BSA/AML program featuring an automated monitoring system and created policies and procedures aligned with the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC guidelines. Additional experience includes roles in loan processing and medical administrative tasks at Add Life Chiropractic & Wellness. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from Central Methodist University and an Associate of Arts in Biology from State Fair Community College, along with training at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
