Andrea Pacheco Madrigal has extensive work experience in various industries. Andrea started their career as a Language Instructor at Berlitz from 2002 to 2005. Andrea then worked as a Sales Rep and QA Analyst at Blue Streak S.A. from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Andrea joined Hewlett-Packard as a Case Manager, where they handled complaints and achieved high-quality case resolutions for customers in the US, Canada, and Latin America. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Australia Customer Relations Team Leader at Hewlett-Packard, where they managed legal complaints in Australia, implemented process improvements, and conducted trainings.

Andrea joined Amazon in 2012 and held several roles over the years. Andrea started as a Customer Service Team Lead for Kindle Support expansion and operations in Amazon.com.br. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Kindle Program Manager, and from 2016 to 2017, they were a Content Strategist. In 2017, they became a Learning Experience Program Manager, responsible for localization initiatives, outsourcing, vendor management, and budget. Andrea created a Global English Style Guide, resulting in cost savings for the organization. Finally, from 2020 to 2021, they served as a Program Manager, responsible for process improvement and waste elimination for the Astro/Workflows team at Amazon.

Andrea also has experience at AsoAmazon, where they served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2014 to 2020. Andrea implemented process improvements, associate experience initiatives, and fostered a culture of communication and opportunities within the organization.

In 2018, Andrea joined Women@Amazon as a Board of Directors member, holding the positions of Treasurer and President. Andrea led initiatives to revamp the image and expand the audience of the affinity group.

Currently, Andrea is working as a Client Experience Manager at First Factory since March 2022.

Andrea Pacheco Madrigal completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from Universidad Nacional from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Managing Your Time from LinkedIn in January 2017.
