Ryan Harrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan started their career at JBS United as an Assistant Manager in Research Development, where they established mentorship and internship programs and achieved record-breaking production rates. Ryan then transitioned to Parkview Health as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, where they improved department efficiency by standardizing protocols and procedures. Following this, they joined Fort Wayne Radiology Associates as the Lead PET-CT Technologist and Student Clinical Supervisor, implementing digital imaging and significantly reducing expenses. Ryan then joined SUMMIT RADIOLOGY as the Clinical Coordinator and Department Manager, enhancing turnaround time for reports and increasing profitability. Currently, they are a part of First Farmers Bank & Trust as Vice President of Commercial & Agricultural Lending, where they have been instrumental in improving efficiency and overseeing various projects. Additionally, Ryan also owns and operates their own consulting business, Ryan Harrell Enterprise LLC.
Ryan Harrell has a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University. Ryan also holds additional certifications such as a Midwest Agricultural Banking School Diploma from the Indiana Bankers Association, a Radiation Safety Officer certification from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and they are Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
